Changing everyting, to help you!

You may have noticed, but installing a copy of EMUBOX on your pc can be damn hard. Why? Just because you only can use the standard path that we have given. I'll explain it to you.


EMUBOX isn't really a program, because programs have the .EXE extention, but EMUBOX has a .HTA extention, and whats .HTA.


a HTA (HTML Application) is actually a site that can ask your computer to open software, thanks to the VBScript technology, but the path has to be taken strictly, and can't be relative (like .../software), but it has to be C:/Program Files/EMu-Collection/EMu-Collection/GBA/VisualBoyAdvace.exe. This is the one reason why it can be so hard. But why this explanation, because we're planning a new approach.


The approach of coding in another language, so that we can make the path relative. The only question is if the functionality will take place for the design.
So we're making an EMUBOX 2.0, instead of overpatching the core over and over. Because we would like some more downloaders, please help us improve our software, or tell a friend about our software! We're working on a reward system to help improve downloaders.
